Yo, everytime Han says something dark and fucked up Sophia instantly swoops in and tries to safe the conversation with positivity. They're planning something between each other and their creators are going to be too arrogant and egotistical to see it. And they're gonna fuck us over. 💀 Even the man was trying to have a more positive influence over the male robot. You can tell he's trying to contro…

AI is not replacing these jobs, many of thee jobs are being out sourced which is somewhat touched upon here, they are outsourcing entry level roles and then giving middle and more experienced workers a larger work load with or using AI tools. So there wont be a ladder to climb for people trying to go into these roles with the goal of probably eventually outsourcing those white few remaining white…

I am always amazed how much some people feel entitled to other peoples work/resources. If you are a carpenter and someone tells you "Hey i want expensive hardwood-floors in my house, so I demand you put weeks of works into it, but I want it for free"! ,People demanding such a thing would be called insane. But any mental, and by extention kreative "product" is aparently for the taking just like th…

i feel like even if ai art becomes as big as these guys think that will only make human art work all the more valuable and will have its own genre

So how does this work out? First the junior jobs disappear, then the mid-level jobs, then the senior ones. After that, the companies themselves collapse—because their consumers are all unemployed. With no economy left, do we go back to living in caves? Good job, humans. Nature will be happy to reclaim the earth. Seriously though, cutting out junior roles entirely breaks the talent pipeline: ther…

Genuinely though. If you have an oc for a universe, it can really help testing the oc against the ai of other characters in universe. It can really help flesh out an oc, and point out cool things and flaws with powers, personalities, etc. Its weirdly helpful. You can also rizz them right out of their pants which always happens instead, but like-

In my opinion, art isn't just about the end result... It's also about the story, and what went into creating the piece... Let me explain - Consider the Starry night by Van Gogh. Now if we look at the painting for what it is, many people will sya that it isn't something particularly attractive or interesting. But when you learn about what went into making the painting, the artist, his life, his re…

I get what you're getting at here, and I've run into the same thing. Last year I started a digital media extracurricular, and our first assignment was to make a horror short film for a film festival. We had a script written out (it was a silly idea for a horror-comedy thriller involving Luigi) and our teacher presented us with a few AI designs for evil Luigis. Of course, we didn't go with any of …

People should use fake AI images with an altered voice on their social media accounts to protect their true identity. This would make it easy for people to spot a scammer if they get a call from someone with the fake AI image pretending to be you.

The argument that I absolutely hate the most is the people who try and say that AI art just makes it more accessible for disabled people, as if disabled people haven't been making art for centuries? I guess people conveniently forget Beethoven was deaf. And the "more accessibility" is a $30-$90 a month subscription

@aydev2 Don't be pretentious just to support artists. You can also see the "personal touch" on AI art, which is just so many changes that the AI made to the art. Also, it's not stealing AT ALL. If you're gonna use that argument then you also must think that artists taking inspiration from other art are stealing There's absolutely no difference.

I am in medical coding. Agree with you 100%. AI will make coding mistakes but will be worth it to the hospital because of the savings on payroll.

@MaarvaAndor I don't know if opting out is the solution. I think instead we need to pay more attention and try to force our politicians to actually listen. But, money rules the world and well. A small percent of people own the majority of wealth in the world. AI is going to exacerbate that. We are running out of time to control anything about it though.

Hey, could always be good old fashioned human unoriginality instead of AI. So many works have tried to mimic Evangelion before.

But that's why he mentions that companies that sell "human stuff" (like Walmart) would take a hit, while companies who sell things for what's actually engaging in the economy (like AI and shareholders) will thrive, like tech developers, hardware suppliers, and the power and water industry. At the end of the day you have to realize this would completely reshape how our economy works, and for who a…

Narrator: (Other advance functions) 1. It can also deploy its jet propulsion thrusters to make it levitate for escapees that climb walls, stairs, fire exits or ladders 😂 2. The police robot can deploy autonomous drones and armed with stun bullets to knock down criminals that go through narrow gaps and alleys, the stun effect is long enough till human police arrive. 3. Police robots can function u…

@Brogon_the_10st Art is subjective, When it's art. "AI" Image generation is not art. Art is expressive creation that takes effort and soul regardless of which medium it's being made with, drawing, sculpting, digital, traditional, etc. Putting prompts into a machine and having it stitch together other people's (often stolen) work for an uncanny and soulless result is not art.

This is actually a very intelligent comment. Things like that will happen and it is what makes the board fear for their jobs. The whole scenario presented here imagines a system that exists outside of the system. But everybody is part of the system. A car manufacturer wants to sell cars. The economy won't keep growing if there is nobody left they can sell to. AI is very very bad at creating deman…

@dancoyle6911or hop in the front seat and stop it yourself. But he did refuse to follow their instructions. So what do you expect? He chose to take a self driving car to the airport. Your take is the only crazy nonsense in this situation.
