Thank you. Finally! A person who talk sense about AI matters. I am actually going back to learning art thanks to AI. I am going back to learning how to pencil and pen thanks to AI. I am able to be able to see colours thanks to AI. I am able innovate more things thanks to AI. Hope you enjoy your AI exploration journey and unleash your own creativity!
The same thing happened to my friend. He didn’t send anything involving nudity except pictures of his classroom. The scammers tried to make a deepfake of him but when they couldn’t get him to pay up for something he didn’t do, they pushed harder which made him laugh bc the the scammers truly had nothing but classroom pics. They ended up getting caught😂
Tesla autopilot: Where the driver is only present for legal reasons (Tesla defense lawyers need someone to blame when it crashes)
Famous quotes by Character Dr Ian Malcolm from Jurrasic Park movie.
“You stood on the shoulders of geniuses to accomplish something as fast as you could, and before you even knew what you had, you patented it and packaged it and slapped it on a plastic lunchbox.”
"Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.”

AI doesn't require sick leave, maternity leave, or retirement, nor does it have to get along with management or fellow employees. It may not be able to do everything, but it may be able to do most things, more efficiently, and at way less cost. Colleges are over emphasized, over required, and OVER priced. If it wasn't for sports teams and the tourism colleges bring to college towns, tech schools …
Your proposal for addressing the crisis caused by the development of artificial intelligence is spot on. How is it possible that this isn't the central conversation we're having as a society? The economic interests involved in this technological revolution have blinded us. If we continue like this, our least concern will be facing artificial intelligence. What will destroy us will be the desperat…
I work in the industry and graphic design jobs are dying out. Companies are finding ways to lay off designers by using AI and job description stuffing. You're expected to do everything and graphic design is a small part of your job. This is reality. There will be less and less jobs available.
And they say technology is suppose to make things easier, but for whom? What's the point of putting so many people in this world if most of them will only get phased out by ai? Modern society hasn't thought of everything.
If he is that worried and that afraid, why the hell is he not shutting chatgpt down? He is still developing it more and more.
Social Media is going to die because we will grow tired trying to decifer what is AI from what is real. So we will just stop
This should scare everyone. Imagine a robots/ai smarter than us… that would actually be sooooo terrifying. We wouldn’t kno if it’ll have ill intentions towards us.. and if they did we couldn’t stop it fr.
Pls Go backstage and have 2 more cups of coffee, make it 10 and leave the 2 AI s alone to talk Among themselves ! 🙏
I think the big issue with this discussion is that humans can't help but personify AIs. Like AI's don't have preferences, they have probabilities, one of which is the highest. It's liklihood, not a preference. The distinction is that the AI is telling you what you're most likely to want to hear; it doesn't have a desire to do anything. It's a big equation, and you get something out if you put som…
I just see how fast I can get various characters to murder me by being as irritating as possible. I will not be treated kindly in the result of an AI uprising
2:21 Ideally these AI "scrapers" should be looking at a snapshot of the internet before A.I to prevent the A.I poisoning itself or others poisoning the A.I.
The real job of the AI was to replace the winning human fighter with the robot. And it was badly executed.
I think over time, these types of things will be seen as societal diseases. I use that term very intentionally: disease. Helping address loneliness is a great ambition, but this actually further perpetuates loneliness. It's a bit like a housing market, and people who self-soothe their loneliness with AI chat bots become unavailable for socialization to others, reducing the supply and further enti…
Neil's analogy of science communication being more crucial than science itself in today's misinformation age is spot on. As someone who logs AI mentions with AiCarma, I really appreciate the clarity he brings to these discussions.
Sam, I am not a visual artist in any sense. But reading most comments that are pro AI art, mainly boil down to these categories:
It's not theft if you can't trace which images it was copied from
We know it's theft and we don't care
Screw artists, they're horrible people
Cyber bullying aside, I think visual artists need to start engaging legal means, get lawyers to shove a lawsuit up the AI co…
Disney will now use your looks for an AI show and then sue you for looking the same
