I think he is thinking of the Large Language Models like Chat GPT and similar which is not real AI... We are getting closer to real AI but we ear not there yet even if a lot of people wrongly think we are.

It's an AI that replicates animation(I think other stuff too) and it looks RLLY hand made in comparison to older stuff(still flaws but they're trying to replace animators and rob them of jobs)

The creative aspect of art is lost when the process is lost the character of the artist is gone when you put a machine in place of it.
