> The warranty deed you sign at the closing says free of all encumbrances. A lease is clearly an encumbrance. Therefore it is essentially a void transaction.
Unless NY has some truly bizarre real estate laws, violation of a warranty of title does not automatically render the transaction void. OP almost certainly has a cause of action for breach of warranty, but it is much more likely that th…
Holy smokes, XSLT. That was the hot thing...in 2004. It completely fizzled out. I still can't believe someone was still using it.
I did a search of PL/1 on indeed withing 25 miles, and I got no results. None. In the heart of Silicon Valley. And I never even heard of JCL.
I would recommend learning a language (I think you can scrounge around and get free C# cert vouchers) and create so…
to avoid ai detectors, tweak the tone and structure, make it sound more natural, then check with Winston AI to see if it really passes as human
some true about it; right now, ai is controlling social media algorithms, altering our very perception of the world today
All of these instances are drivers neglecting to pay attention. Full self driving isn’t unsupervised yet.
The thing is, my criticisms of the art would still be the same if it was drawn by hand, but y'know, you don't just rag on someone's art if they don't ask for it because they put a lot of time and effort into it and they still have room to grow.
Critiquing AI art doesn't get the same kindness because it wasn't actually drawn. I'm critiquing a weird printer.
Quick trick, If it walks like it just shat it's pants then it's a robot
Frenchman here. 900 workers were required for a Renault assembly line. For the past 20 years, it has been reduced to half a dozen. All the rest is done by robots. Manufacturing doesn't create that many jobs. And now, desk jobs are going to be taken over by AI. Soon, it will be an AI answering phone calls for customer service. Even taking over legal advice. The only jobs that are safe are those th…
Let's hope AI somehow does not find a way into a cod lobby or we're doomed
AI acts like a 5 year old. Children have to be trained to not act like sociopaths. AI must be trained to act only in proper moral behavior with appropriate disciplines. This is how children stop their normal and natural sociopathic tendencies, and become a part of society.
I see that most comments missed the main point of this video. The given example is designed to tackle the ethical dilemma by assuming the choice between different victims is inevitable and you guys are just trying to run away from it by reversing the assumption itself saying it can be prevented somehow.
BTW the assumption is fair and almost certain to occur especially at the early stages of se…
13:59 I once met a man who was paralyzed, neck down. He was an artist. He made beautiful paintings, using his mouth to hold the paintbrush. That is more creativity and passion and HARD WORK than I have EVER seen in an ai "art" piece.
Witnessing the rise of the first AI advocates in real time. What a time to be alive...
@roworline yeah what i said was an exaggeration, but it is still sad that we can no longer avoid ai slop
It's because he's smart and he and his team do their research. That's why he's in The Bigs. P.S. Congrats on being a Machine Learning Engineer, that's amazing! Please help keep us safe from them? Or at least keep it obvious when someone is being an idiot when they use it. Thanks, Your Friendly Content Writer and IT Specialist -
Disabled fiber artist here. One thing worth mentioning I think is that art and crafting are both incredibly popular pastimes in our community - it is very frequently far more accessible as a hobby than more physically intensive activities. Yeah, sometimes there are days when even that is too much, but like. For a lot of disabled folks, art is kind of the thing to do to bring yourself joy and a se…
I think what makes art “art” for me is the fact that someone drew/painted/coloured all that with their actual hands and they put in the work and the time to create something. The patience and creativity that it take to make art can’t be mimicked by an AI. It’s just not the same 🤷♀️
And during the peak of all this hysteria the LAPD point-based predictive policing system was an actual thing.
"hello? I need to report an ai"
"Sir this is the fire fighter."
"Use the water hose."
Sometimes when your own loved ones don't understand your feelings, how can you expect AI to comprehend?
