Sounds like the AI was based on past successful CVs. In this case, the AI is not designed to be decision making in hiring, but a forecast for CVs. This sounds like something that is better suited as a potential cloud based service for people who want to know how good their CVs are for a job that they are applying for.

I asked Chatgpt for jokes on Germans, Austrians, Israeli. Big no. But it had no problem for other non "problematic" nationalities like Italians, Spanish or Finnish. And the joke were sometimes kinda racist
