I think there should be very strong penalties in place for creating all cp (including ai-based). I get that an ai created image is unteathered to a real person, and that ais which are not trained on images of cp are thus not trained using abuse content (aka: the argument that drawn cp is not abuse content). But I’d need to see a study indicating that child predation decreases when pedos can use ai to generate cp before believing that it’s a preferable alternative to just keeping all cp banned.
And of course, any model trained with cp IS bad and illegal and immoral and its creators should go to prison.
