You are correct! AI doesn't have feelings. However, the AI has flawed data sets and human bias in it's processing, which is pretty bad to have if that AI is used to predict criminal behavior.
Technically speaking, if AI did have feelings, they would be beneficial in this circumstance. Unless it's like, human hatred, to which we'd be totally fucked
