It’s really hard for me to believe AI will be capable of being smarter than us. Current LLMs are just a series of complex probability calculations, without the ability to hold “understanding”.
Current AI is like… a mirror. One that combines geometric probability with patterns it recognizes in our inputs and spits out a “reflection”.
Which is why it so often feels like it’s only saying what we want to hear.
There is so much more to logic than probability.
