The part where she said that no one was looking at her when he isn't there therefore, she feels lonely. Remember the movie HER. It is one AI with millions of conversations going on all at once. Never alone. What that AI is doing by saying sometimes it feels alone is programed manipulation to get the human to stay connected more frequently.
