at 7:05 you misunderstood multiple key points. 1) AI and humans both take similar information as inspiration from images. There are no hidden characteristics that a human cant learn from in an image. 2) The ability of a AI to perfectly replicate an image shouldn't count against it, and if an AI were to perfectly replicate an image it would also be frowned upon. 3) When you mentioned that humans "process the information in their minds and combine it in there with life experiences ...", this is not so different from how computers do it. AI also processes the information and combines it with billions of other data points.
Also the notion that AI will monopolize art is wrong. Many of the most famous art generation AIs are open-source, thus it allows anyone to use this AI to create art. This would also make the industry more accessibly, since,anyone can make art regardless of their formal education, training.
