It's already happening here in Las Vegas. Elon's "loop" cars he wants to charge $5.00 a ride above ground to take human cab drivers and ride share drivers. One casino is replacing human dealer with all electric table games. Caper has a shopping cart that charges you for items and allows you to check out without a human checker. The rep keeps telling customers it will not replace people. But it's just a matter of time.
Insurance companies are already letting A.I. decide who gets insurance, cost, medical denials on procedures, etc.
iRobot and other A.I./Robot movies will come true.
I do think robots can help elderly with task and in medical field.
