These responses are just the general human opinions found on the internet. Its not some self aware machine making its own conclusions. Its a machine trying to find the general consensus based on all the opinions out there. China had the one child policy and it was disastrously for China. So clearly ChatGPT's solution was pretty dumb. The easiest way to control human over population is to tax people more when they have more than 2 children. Pretty soon people just get it into their heads that if they want to avoid paying more tax they should aim for 2 or less children.
