Pls study before interviewing one of the greatest scientists in 21st century. Human consciousness is not Turing complete, meaning a computer can only choose from 1 or 0 at a time. It can't create its own rules because it has to leap forward from the rules (i.e. imagination, conscious guessing, etc). Thus, AI is not human intelligence nor conscious. However, it can mimic based on the rules we created. That's the danger with AI. It doesn't know or understand what it's doing consciously. It only computes based on the rules we created.
