I would like someone to refute my position. Neural networks is not a Turing machine. Computability argument does not apply to deep learning. Of course building blocks of neural networks are computations, but the neural network as a whole manipulates data and outputs something by a process that is distinct from computation. Thus Sir Penrose's argument does not hold for deep learing.
