I find it interacting with AI improve your overall critical thinking, instead of being naive and willing to accept alternate outcomes that are contradictory and often false, you instead develop critical thinking by simply absorbing the right information in huge quantities at once where you are starting to form your own picture where you can have more objective view overall. Normally such progress is slow and you drift away, but by knowing more you see more, which translates to better understanding and better judgement and decision making. When you read a lot of books you are only exposed to limited often dated knowledge dictated by individuals and their limited spectrum, with AI you save time and you are exposed to more facts rather then fiction or believes, rest is left for you to interpreted and draw your own conclusions without wasting time and fallowing wrong leads. In other words you getting smarter a lot faster, a lot.
