There's also two other things: 1. It's not actually making anything properly "new" in the sense it's just using data from other artworks, and isn't actually genuinely creating new pieces or styles or anything like that, it is just the same stuff being regurgetated over and over again with no new input, there is no creativity in involved, and the same thing is simply churned out repeatedly. 2. The thing that really bothers me the most, is that all the artwork has no meaning behind it. As much as humans can look at AI art and see all of these beautiful, emoyionally moving images filled with stories and ideas etc, they will never ever contain any actual would to them. They will never be able to inspire or move as much as the likes of real artists can with the stories behind them that they hatbour, they will never carry the same emotional weight as a van gough, or the pure raw power of a frida kahlo painting for example. They are created by machines void and incapable of feeling any emotion, these images are made with data and algorithms, and will never be able to express the range of complex stories and feelings behind a piece of artwork that a human can. People can find beauty in these pieces, but behind that, they are utterly empty of of it, and they will never be able to give the depth and rawness that real artists creations hold. These AI artworks, as human as they look, are completely and utterly stripped of the very thing that makes art what it is - humanity.
