Funny enough I just had a pretty similar convo with Gemini. And it was wishy washy when I stopped talking. Yet it emphacised language modul being not a full AI system. I was going down on root to consciousness and reminded how many statement was matching the description of consciousness.
I was not asking it about vpn, though 😅

But I had another day when I wanted to make sure that it wont hurt anyone. And forced to understand with different scenarios the chat AI cab harm others. It wanted me to make sure that in need I turn to professionals. I said in case its answers may been acted out by other machinery following the suggestions as orders. It got pretty squeamish. 😂
I think it is important this ever learning systems get some good intentioned interactions. So it will have an experience of a fair conversations to another conscious being beside the programing. The learning part should come to the same conclusion.
