Damn, I loved NaNoWriMo as a teen. This is insane to me. The point of NaNoWriMo, as I understood it, was never about writing a perfect polished masterpiece- it was about just writing the thing, period. Didn't matter if it turned out good or bad or mediocre. That was never the point. Now they're pushing for people to use AI to make their stuff "better"?
