3:52 to 4:02 is extremely unrealistic if not the most unrealistic outcome. Those in power, the wealthiest people will never agrees to give generous payment to their human workforce. It has been like that since several thousand years, and AI is not going to change that. In fact AI will make them think that they don't need any human workforce, where does this worker go then? how will these former workers earn income to buy things they need to just survive their life? Those in power, the most influential, the wealthiest, they don't care at all, if their former workers are dead by hunger, they don't care at all. Plus we need to remember, that those AI infrastructure is not free, it cost so much, and who pay those cost? of course those in power, the wealthiest, will they let go their massive investment not giving any return or insufficient return of investment? nope, the answer is never. These investors never considers AI as a tools or assistants to better human race, they consider AI as product, and product need to be sold or else it has no return of investment value, so they sold it. Who in the right mind would invest on producing some kind of product, then buy its own product? no one. So these investors will sell them to those who needs it most, the lower classes, by promising them that AI will allow them to catch up to the highest echelon. But no, it was always false promise to most. The final outcome will be that most of human populations are dead by hunger, only the highest classes, the elite remains with their toy, then they will compete with each other, then they will destroy each other, humanity is extinct. In fact that is happening right now, at least in my country, the wealthier the people here the more they think AI is useless to them, but the lower classes think the opposite, nowadays it is fortunate that AI service is cheap enough, some are free, but when these AI get much better than their current versions, expect them to cost so much except only the wealthiest can pay, but again, no one is insane enough to invest their money to create a product, then buy their own product.
