Is telling a machine to act and think like a human make a sapient being? We can program a machine to almost anything but we understand so little of our brains and our minds that it may not even be possible to create a machine that feels exactly the way we do. As for wether or not a machine would have a soul the Christian religion says that only humans have souls. Overall, fully sentient AI might not even be possible in the first place
