@ivankaramasovthere is absolutely no proof to show that there's any architectural breakthrough around the corner that's gonna make these stupid chatbots wayy more efficient than they already are (atleast efficient enuff to permanently and effectively replace customer care professionals - they're pretty bad rn at the one thing they were believed to be good at replacing humans in)
