i mean, kinda, but an artist who knows what they're trying to convey and is good with using ai could create paintings like this.
you're not getting a masterpiece with just writing a prompt but with ai
you can do things like draw simple outlines for the ai so it can do an exact composition you want it to,
you can change certain fragments of the work and experiment with different versions.
and a lot more, more complex shit that i don't understand.
ai is a tool, and it can create art if used well.
