I dont think of this as AI, which is artificially generating content or images. But more likely use of ai to improve image while compressing size. I would put money on - make the videos SMALLER by compressing and using some filter to smoothe out things. I used photoshop in the early days for year,s and many times I saved an image to jpg, and would put different levels of compression on it and compare images. More pixelation eventually becomes distratcting, and over time programs were developed to upsize images by smoothing out things instead of having the jaggies/ Perhaps there could be a premium version where a person in some way pays or accepts a lower percentage of any income to stay at full resolution in their shorts. You could do experiments, upload same video at different resoultions and visually compare images. At some point when you compress a video it does not look as good. See if this youtube thing they are doing makes them look better. Or research what software is out there making lower resolutiono videos look better. OH WAIT! I did it. Google "what software makes lower resolution videos look better". Lots.
