There is a serious lack of understanding of how AI actually produces its "Art" It is not "Stealing"
AI produces its art from random noise patterns and creates a piece based on user input, It is 100% original work and can not be copyrighted.
A computer has no understanding of what Art, language, or speech is. Artificial intelligence is a software that analyzes large sets of data and tries to create meaning out of it.
When a person types sunset, the compute has no idea of what that is, This is where thousands of paintings, pictures and art are gathered for the AI to understand that a Sunset is a setting sun and not a Dog or a squiggly line. It has to understand what sunrays are, how light and shadow works and what it means, all this information is learned by feeding it thousands of different artstyles and even real pictures.
Mimicking a artstyle is also not stealing and no one can sue you for it.
