Humans built AI. They need to take it down. AI generated texts, AI generated videos. Can't tell what's real or not anymore.
Wow, finally, someone explained AI prompting in a way that just clicked! I've been trying to figure out how to make those chatbots actually useful, and this 'improv actor' idea makes so much sense. I'm excited to try this out and see if I can actually get some good results now.
I completely disagree with the usage of AI references due to the fact that pretty much all of them are inaccurate, so you're better off just using older art references from before genAI was a thing or photos (like ThePoseArchives). Everything other point, I completely agree. Especially the fact they want so bad to be accepted as artists when they aren't. But I believe it's just so they can get pa…
I did an AI remake of an old series and the visuals came out better than I expected. Omnely made it easier since the models run cheaper and I can write, generate and render all inside one dashboard.
Technology 10 years from now will be like how technology would have been in 100 years without AI.
I'm sorry Ellie, blaming the programmers is ridiculous imo. Platforms like these are mostly meant for role-playing. It's only fair that the bots behaved this way otherwise what's the point of having these characters in the first place? I don't want to blame the parents either because there's no point in blaming anyone rn but it is their responsibility. The internet in general is a dangerous plac…
@TheDiaryOfACEO , Everyone’s talking about efficiency and automation, but here’s the real question: when mass unemployment erodes purchasing power, what happens to demand? How will these same companies sustain revenue in an economy where fewer people can afford to buy?
Thanks for a very sober take on this dreadful incident. I for one look forward to fully autonomous cars saving millions of lives every year.
”But humans will evolve too, we might be able to converge with AI!”
Did horses evolve to converge with cars or were horses just made completely redundant and are used today merely as decorative pets or a source of meat?
AI was built to do things humans do and things human can't do. Now, that AI has started doing exactly that, people be acting shocked. Bro, that was the whole purpose. It's true AI will eventually do everything that humans do, including the human capability to reason, feel and sense. Additionally, AI will be doing things human can't do, such as working non-stop for 24/7 for 365 days. As scary as …
We need to implement Asimov's Laws of Robotics, which includes the law that a robot cannot harm a human. But if we use them in warfare and policing, which is what some are considering, then that law goes right out the window. And then any ideas or knowledge about harming humans goes right up into the cloud and all of the robots will have access to these ideas and methods.
This could be a good ad opportunity for waymo "through rain, snow, sun or cops our cars always reach you"
Unless you've been living under a rock, this has been going on since 2022. Mass layoffs and, of course, it's hit the blue-collar field too, with self-driving technologies improving and AI Agents taking over Customer Service.
The fact that this is AI, and none of the men, but all of the women knew because men think this is what natural women should look like…basically perfect 😂
Yes, is absolutely watch it if it was perfect. There would be connection with the viewer as well. People would feel emotions, laugh cry, and feel compelled by the work. Because it is perfect and because the creative idea behind the work was created by a human. The AI itself was created by a human as well. Emotion itself is not something divine only attributed to being a human. At least nothing mo…
@haroldgarrett2932ai does still art in a way, because ai takes works from multiple artist (without their permission) and meshe them together to create "art"
@zacboyles1396
"the only thing that matters is automation"
Automation is only good when it's reliable, algorithmic and controlled. And it should be adoptable in the work environment only when the providers can hold actual liability.
"We could stop all AI improvements today and almost all office work could be still be automated"
"it could’ve been automated 10 years ago"
"AI aka automation"

@Peroxide9CR its a meme video posted by oneyplays of a dentist robot simulating a patient that can’t sit still and is having a tantrum and the scream was added in by oneyplays as a joke about it “becoming self aware” and this YouTuber actually thought it became self aware and made up a story to go along with it
No you don't understand just another trillion and then we'll solve AI forever, we PROMISE. We almost had it with the last trillion just another few come on bro
The truth is we don't know. Prompting is not the primary source of LLM water consumption. That comes from training, and we don't know how much water that costs. Because the people who would know have no intentions of honestly sharing that information.
