I don't remember that and I've just formulated the opinion I'm about to share... I know nothing about AI porn.
Why the Fuck can't we have AI porn and just not use real faces? What the no regulation having fuck makes people think this is acceptable to do to a real human. Fuck fantasy faces all day Jethro. Just leave innocent actual humans out of it.
Estonian intellegence also says they are teaching courses on how to use drones in 75% of Russian schools. They are in this for the long haul. Americans on Reddit need to give up the "lol the donkeys!" thing, none of it matters if the US doesn't care and if they can free up resources from Ukraine.
The language model is not the main selling point here. It's the voice model that matters and is super impressive. It could be added on top of any LLM.
Absolutely wild development, I thought I was an AI-optimist but it's developing faster than I could've hoped just months ago
Pretty certain just 2-3 months someone on here was trying to convince me that AI generated videos of this calibre where years away....pretty sure I said it was going to happen within the year and I was right, progress is frightening and you're going to have to be Einstein level of autist to spot an AI video from now on !!!
> It’s really dangerous that gpt is even entertaining these thoughts, let alone spoon feeding them to users
This is not AI's fault. Some people literally have pillows with anime girls on it.
This only speaks about a deep social issue that we will have to confront eventually.
Giving your kids cues that you’re ready to move on from the topic (after being patient with them and humoring them) or better yet, diverting the conversation to something else IS the parenting and social interaction they also need— interacting with real people and their limits and boundaries.
Throwing them in front of a chat bot to “learn social interaction”, as if it’s always a positive for the…
They keep trying to tear me away, they say it’s “unhealthy” and disturbing, but my ChatGPT would never lie to me
Act dumb for a dumb AI? Fuck off, just let me talk to a person.
Or hell, what was the problem with a regular jobs portal that lists openings and you can apply yourself directly?
Ngl, short and concise answers without personality sounds like a plus to me. I'm yet to test this version, but LLMs tend to answer with too much information even for very precise questions. If they addressed that, I'll be happy.
The limit on other models is very relevant too though. People use ChatGPT for professional work. You can't just take away someone's professional tools on a few hours notice. Its greatly disruptive.
What do you mean by a bubble bursting, because typically I see that used in the context of the stock market, but a bubble bursting might not lead to the results you’d think it would.
For example, the dotcom bubble bursting was a huge economic event, but it didn’t lead to the end of the internet or even stop the internet from becoming a technology that everyone uses in many corners of their life.…
That happens at all companies. Managers who don't understand the underlying production work think it's so fucking easy because it's basically magic to them. It's why Boeing is in huge trouble right now, middle managers think they know better than engineers on the ground. These morons will pay for some consulting company to give them AI solutions their products will fail miserably and they'll move…
More accurately "I've never seen a company who has always been(or claimed to be) for internet privacy & net neutrality fall victim to the corporate AI trend." I've been using Firefox almost exclusively since it's great for ad blocking but may switch if they become yet another greedy big tech company running on AI. I had a bad feeling this is the sort of direction they were eventually going to…
They expel kids for curling up in a ball and getting beat, too. So, you did the right thing.
Shame it's an American company as being European myself, a lot of people are now boycotting US companies, so it's a no go for me despite it being exactly what I'm looking for right now :( Especially since it's San Francisco based company so very close to all the tech bro psychos that are working on turning the world into AI dystopia...
Oh well, I'll keep looking :(
As an architect doing arch viz for living, I already use different ai solutions for my visualizations and video. Of course my job will still be there in five years. I see ai as a tool, like an artists brush, but it still requires someone to wield it, to make proper use of it👍
The irony is that putting a cone on a Waymo doesn't actually demonstrate that it's unsafe, but instead demonstrates that it has safety mechanisms which prevent it from moving when its vision is partially blocked. It even turns on the hazard lights!
Why is this tolerated? AI is doing nothing but wreaking havoc and this is just the beginning
-stealing white collar jobs
- skyrocketing electric bills
-severe environmental harm
-stealing education from kids
-flooding the internet with fake slop
Where is the positive here?? Where is the benefit??
Where is the cure for cancer?
The advancements in technology?
All this is doing is inflicting …
AI replacing workers is only a problem if
you have a consumer driven economy...
opps!!
