To be frank, I bet even when AI become something normal, majority of people will just use it to get short-term pleasure instead of making professional art, like the Ghlibi trend. If people are all that patience and focus when practicing art, everyone already good drawer by this point without the need of AI. It is similar to cooking, there are a ton of recipes on the internet right now, but peopl…
@Gato-1998I don’t mean to come off as arrogant but I genuinely think it’s harder to become a pro ai artist than a real artist, because you need to learn to code and have at least a degree in AI so you can train your own models and tweak parameters etc
The opposite, they need to sell their AI products to companies. So probably they want to exaggerate how amazing is their product.
The main problem is that an AI may improve itself without human intervention, and make something just as complex and intelligent as a human.
We(The Dutch) are doing it boys, put the Netherlands second but put the World first(Not america).
Belize is beautiful but the reefs are in bad shape. The residents are partially to blame. Ambergris Caye has amazing diving and yet is a total shit hole where residents discard trash and used oil and all manner of crap where it can get washed out to sea. Not really sure how to fix it, there is destitute poverty there despite the tourism. Belize City is difficult.
Reminder Kwame N’Krumah of Ghana wanted to do this back in the 1970s with support from the USSR and was promptly deposed by the CIA...
Oh that's exciting.
Imagine in a couple decades looking to Africa and seeing it as a stable continent, it's really unfair that so much people have to live in such bad conditions just because they were born there.
Yeah that’s true you can only receive EI for so long over here, but it’s highly likely those limits would be extended if we face a hard recession due to Covid and issues with the virus remain longer than we expect.
Brexiteers are the kind of people that see others enjoying something and get pleasure out of screwing it up for everyone for satisfaction. Conservative voters have damned their country.
Boris imported Trump's tactics of **satisfying voters by targeting/punishing the people they hate** despite how much it damaged the country and their personal circumstances.
To feed their hate was to get their …
Thank you all for the support. These past four years have been really crazy. This year alone has been insane. I'd still love to move there though. You have so much great music coming from your country ❤️❤️❤️❤️
It’s funny knowing that the US and other developed countries outsource their greenhouse emissions to China, India and any other undeveloped country who will accept the burden.
Correction, Twitters AI, which caters to the people who use Twitter, reflects the people who use Twitter. And yes, people prefer to stare at lighter, slimmer, and younger (AKA more attractive) people. It’s not as if the programmers at Twitter are sitting there hacking away in the dark maliciously.
Weren't there articles a week ago about how scientists were confounded on how Africa has such low vaccination levels and case levels?
Huh. Weird.
I just asked chatGPT to do that for you:
The Reddit post provides a comprehensive list of recent AI advancements, applications, and news. It covers numerous topics such as Autogpt (GPT-4 running fully autonomously), "babyagi" (a program that creates and executes task lists), language translation tools, AI for finance, AI in gaming, AI in education, AI's impact on jobs, AI safety concerns, AI re…
I write this as 100% human effort. Maybe my own prompting needs improvement, but I find ChatGPT summaries to feel bland. They also miss the key points sometimes.
In my long-form articles I do use ChatGPT for cleanup - basically a Grammarly on steroids.
One benefit of using all this human effort: it creates comprehension on my part because I have do the work. I'm forced to digest the papers, di…
We're about to enter an age of children ruining children's lives with no concept of the damage being done. It's not isolated to children either, you can just hold adults more accountable.
I'd lay down a fortune on the odds that the average teenager does not identify it as wrong to mess peoples body's with AI.
The scarier part is we've entered a black mirror episode , adults lives are going to…
I tried modifying it to say "You are ChatGPT, based on the GPT-5 architecture", and changed its knowledge cutoff to 2027 to the GPT 4 I have access to, to see if it could see into the future and download updates to my brain, but it could not, and just said "actually I'm based on GPT-4". Boo
What’s interesting is I keep seeing the sentiment from conservatives that ChatGPT is not conservative friendly, it seems like OpenAI has no issue bridging that gap for them.
