I yelled "POOKIE" when the PukeiPukei showed up, AI is making me mad but that felt good :D
Robot carrying vegetable boxes almost turned a man into a vegetable.Hope his family is okay
Replace workers 1 by 1 by ai and then realize no one can buy your producs as no one has jobs lol.
If a worker fails, the company loses some money, but if a CEO fails it´s getting really dangerous for a company. So doesn´t it makes sense to replace the CEO with AI? I mean, what does a CEO do? Collecting data and making decisions, that´s what an AI is designed for. Am I wrong?
AI would basically be the one to discover every possible loop holes that doctors could’ve missed.
AI "artists" really be jumping mutiple loopholes just to say that they don't know how to draw.
I'm 80 years old and just like AI still learning. Thank you for your post
As a dressmaker I would like to see AI executing a french seam on a slipery silk chiffon. Not very likely 😂
A single comment single-handedly destroyed all AI defenders. I would isekai myself I was an AI defender tbh.
And instead of saying why he thinks his AI art has originality, he proceeded to explain how super creative his mommy told him he was
I third this, I don't work in a scientific field but my dream job is to become a theoretical physicist and a mathematician. Scientists and mathematicians have always used AI for a lot of stuff and I don't think their entire jobs are something AI can do.
Oh yes, I often quote what Jeff Goldblum said in the film. Since we were in the caves banging rocks to make fire, we have never seen the wrong, even with nuclaer power in us always advancing our knowledge in technology and science generally but with IT and now AI, just because it has always been it does not mean it should always be, as this guy uses the analogy in the film.
How does that prove anything except that people can't tell the difference between human and ai art?
@BicBoi1984 taxation with representation. We want good roads, good water, good food, fuel, EMS, police, SNAP, and electricity. We shouldn’t be footing the bill for AI data centers guzzling power and water for their cooling systems.
the fact that an act like that has to exist is itself enough to argue against ai's continued development
In a similar vain, I remember reading a story where they had to purposely program any AI they built to not self delete but they still allowed it to self sacrifice. Guess what it did at the first opportunity.
Seriously, I AM a child with a pencil and I think my art I'd better than ai bc mine was made with work 😢
@elio7610 Why don't you ask your favorite LLM to write a novel and just read that slop? Because it's bad you say? Uninspired? Lame? Typical slop you say? Strange.
@jonathan0berg
The problem is that individual use of AI is supporting the companies making it, and further normalizing the idea in people's heads. From what I see, the apathy of "Oh, I'm not a big company, I don't commission people anyway, so it's okay if I use it for fun" is exactly what these companies want so they can keep worming their way in until they truly cross the line and by then they…
I remember an AI documentary where they were interviewing a British scientist in Beijing or something. Possibly had aspergers.
He mentioned lightheartedly that he was totally willing to risk the extinction of our species to create a powerful artificial consciousness.
Serious internet points if anyone can find it and link me.
