Basically it would be the end of Freedom of Movement. When everything is autonomous, and the government can flip a switch and you are basically hoofing it everywhere. Imagine the Chinese social credit system being able to deny you any form of motorized transportation because you said something spicey online. That can happen. It's happening now. The long term ramifications for this level of technology is a quick trip into a dystopian nightmare.
