AI learning and Machine learning is not the same. Where are the AI's eyes to be visually inspired the same way as humans are? Why do you think it's called copyright and not referenceright/inspirationright? How do people actually make this dumb argument with a straight face?

Except the 'same' analogy here would be a human directly using/interacting with the copyrighted work itself as the AI would. Which, is also illegal and we DO put a stop to it.
