If you watch the video you can see another white car swerve to the left that was in front of the white SUV that swerved towards the Tesla. That white SUV was trying to avoid hitting the stopped traffic that he or she didn't see till the last second because the car in front of them also swerved at the last second. Clearly wasn't on purpose and the Tesla shows just how amazing Tesla autopilot is.
