@zal119 I'm not naive either. It's true, we have resources and they are not being shared. But you assume the same system that incentivizes the accumulation and concentration of resources will be in place forever.
This is simply not the case. Human societies have gone through transformation every time a major disruption event or disruptive technology happens.
AI is definitely such a disruptive and transformative technology. We have grown out from systems such as tribalism, feudalism, etc. We have grown out from social paradigms, from hunter/gatherer to agriculture economies to industrial economies.
Social and economic paradigms shift as humanity progresses. And we *are* progressing. We are at the beginning of such a stage, where transformation is happening before our very eyes and we will possibly witness the most dramatic paradigm shift in Human History.
