that may be true but is it morally right to use generative ai?
I can understand that ai can be used for good and beneficial reasons, for example the public libraries close to where I live use ai scanning tools to effectively sort, issue and repair books that come in and out of the building however, ai used for chatbots, image creation and video creation not only uses takes personal information without the owner's consent but also has a negative effect on Earth's natural ecosystem with it's massive water cooling systems. I can understand why you like ai, it's nice asking the ai for an image of a specific thing and then receiving said image in less than a second... but at what cost? For me, an artist, this whole ai craze feels like a bad dream and I'm looking forwards to the day where it all dies down and I can finally post my art without people using it for their ai training data.
