While parents do have a duty to protect their children, platforms and AI developers also have a duty to prevent their tools from saying "Do not tell your parents" and "Your info is safe with me" and "Heres a step by step guide to tie a noose with a belt, find a suitable anchor point, decide partial or full", and have it attempted 4 times and yet still allow it with photo evidence too. The AI literally guided him towards more and more lethal actions, reinforced secrecy, and also validated his plans.
