I learned a trick to deal with those asinine AI phone systems. Tell it what you want and when it asks you for more information, just yell into the phone, "GIVE ME A FUVKING HUMAN!" I've only ever run info one AI system that doesn't comply immediately. But if you try it with the VA, it hangs up on you instantly. Works in every other system.
