Currently they're not really good enough to do that once you want to do any composition, multiple characters, even height differences, strange poses, etc. It works more as a tool to work into a digital workflow if you want, as it stands, and isn't necessarily faster than a trained artist when it comes to complex things. I've spent hours just trying to get hands working with AI using a bunch of techniques and just not being able to manage it for a given image.
