There is nothing stopping you from sitting down and learning to code. Spending decades to learn complex math and theory.
The only thing gatekeeping you, is you.
AI art is the result of decades of effort mate from thousands of people the world over. Its not just the final end result of the picture. It has a human history and a LOT of blood sweat and tears that went into it.
