All of this should have been in place much earlier... unfortunately so many voters are braindread and just vote who they are told to vote for.
The other issue of doing this too soon could mean we delay the complete roll out of AI automation by 20-50 years meaning we have a longer 'pain' period rather than a true utopia that we could get.
