@shinrakishitani1079 better processing power for the teslas would probably be detrimental for their models as it would mean it needs to redistribute alot of it's battery power just for the sensors, hence why i think they removed the radar and is using a camera based machine learning algorithm instead, using accumulated data from being in driver assist mode on the road.
Imo using IC engined cars to do autopilot stuff would probably work better if it needs alot more energy to power a suite of sensors and internal equipment.
