I haven't checked but I don't think your math is correct. Your statement would be true if there were more then 1 autonomous driver for each (human drivers/5000). Frankly I don't think there are any in north america yet. Not even in test as I don't even think there is any place where it would be legal yet. Even in this one it was human level responsibility. Not autonomous car responsibility. If you have any I'd like to read up on your evidence. If not. that's fine.
