Well, the way Nightshade works is that it apply a thin layer of corruption or something onto the art, which to human looking at the art, isn’t very noticeable, but because the AI reads the art’s “code” and doesn’t just look at it, the corruption layer screws up what the AI “sees”, and results in its image being corrupted.
