@lemassif3174 Yea, his answer was that people "don't understand how human learning works" which is not a rebuttal, it's just disagreeing and calling people who don't agree with him stupid.
Maybe some people on the internet buy that as an argument, but in actual court cases, plaintiffs have never been able to make a meaningful distinction that shows that machine learning counts as theft while also excluding human learning from also being counted as theft. You should read those cases, they tend to be far more informative than these videos.
