@litfiana5417 Your argument is close to "what if a Chinese marketing corporation start showing Hollywood movies in public spaces without paying any royalties, so they can profit (with ads during the movie), what you are gonna do, American movie industry? Sue them? What if they say 'no'?".
It is a hypothetical scenario that could happen, but diplomacy and international laws exist. You are not above being sued of plagiarism or piracy just because you are in another country.
There will be law suits against these corporations, and if they are backed up by their government (which they probably won't, because China has many artists that would be angry too), every country that is worried about it will impose diplomatic sanctions.
What I mean by this is: if we came up with a system that protect artists from plagiarism and piracy, we can make something to protect them from this. I know it isn't a fail proof system, but it works most of the time.
Also, as an Data Analyst and aspirant AI engineer, it is easier to build a model to find images in the internet that have a high chance of being originated from a know artist than it is to build these models that create images. Think like YouTube algorithm that searches for Copyrighted songs. We have a lot of. Options to protect our artists. We just need to use them.
