The big American tech companies for years already, deploy and develop the AI technology he and his students helped create. Also, Musk for example is not a native American, so why does it matter? It's about the motivations of the frontier AI tech companies to not regulate themselves, which is extremely dangerous- the tech CEOs openly admit the danger.
