@dastardlyfool putting your art on the internet means it is inherently public. The AI isn’t stealing anything because what it trains with is public. I could take a screenshot of your art and print it out is that theft? Is taking an image off deviant art theft? The AI isn’t stealing from you it is learning by recognizing patterns in artwork that already exists, art that can be publicly found on the internet.
