Real artists can use digital tools, because they still have cultivated the skills over years or practice to utilise in different mediums. You take away their drawing tablet, they'll use a paint brush and canvas, you take those away, they'll use a pencil and paper, you take those away and they'll use charcoal, you take that away they'll use sidewalk chalk, you take that away and they'll draw with their finger in the sand, and that's just if you include 2D art instead of all of the other mediums which have digital mediums but don't need it like music or sculpting or writing stories. "AI artists" on the other hand, you take away their AI and they are nothing and can accomplish nothing.
