@ryanbentley1965I agree. There are problems with AI computing and data centers, no doubt. The stress data centers create to the power grid is both a past, present and future issue. Old contracts with unused allocated power generating waste, new power development being too slow and forcing data centers to start by burning fossil fuel or natural gas to fill in the gaps. Impacts from nuclear power generation development for data centers… etc. there are other problems such as unused wasted heat in the US, forever chemicals in some 2-phase cooling… etc. My point is not that data centers are problem free, just that the short is very misleading in the information and their presentation
