@namenone8387I applied for one in particular because I had literally written the book on that technology and got an automated reply saying they were after someone more qualified for that position. Then I found out my colleague had applied for the same position months earlier and received the same response. It was a ghost role. A couple of months after that I went looking more earnestly and had very similar feelings with many of the supposed roles I applied for
