Bobiverse for me (vaguely on the "mostly optimistic" side), although more as an outlook because of the technicalities of what even constitutes AI there.
Then again, I kind of am bored of oh-so-evil AI stories as long as they're not captivating in themselves. I am way more into the wistful, whimsical, upbeat explorations, something along the lines of Her, Robot & Frank, or whatever I just can't quite come up with. Either way, there is A LOT of amazing literature that still begs for adaptions.
