Secondly, I understand the woes of Ai, but it is far more accurate when it comes to general topics, medical topics, and historical ones e.g but not when it comes to dealing with legal matters. Because it heavily needs a lawyers touch in order for the draft to work. And looking at the fact that judges have the habit of sanctioning Ai material for it quoting non-existent cases through hallucination is a big flaw. Apart from that, it mostly argues from an ethical stand point when it comes to law. But not from a legal stand point in most cases.
